Most retailers we meet are running a factory without meaning to. One vendor for casting, another for setting, a third for polishing, and a fourth who does the hallmarking when he feels like it. Chasing them is a job. It is your job, right now, on top of running a shop.
Send us the design and that job disappears. Engineers and master artisans who have spent decades at the bench work in the same building, on your piece, in sequence: CAD modelling, 3D printing, gold and sterling silver casting, stone setting, finishing and hallmarking. You get one point of contact and one delivery date.
We have produced more than 5,000 items across every standard karatage, with 18K our most requested. Capacity runs to over 50 kilograms a month.
Heavy pieces are where we are strongest. Bangles and necklaces are our speciality and our highest-selling work, and also the hardest things to get right. A heavy bangle punishes a weak caster: porosity, uneven karat through the section, detail that softens at the thickest point. If the pieces that carry your window display are the ones giving you trouble, that is precisely the work we can help you with.

When five vendors touch one piece, a fault is never anyone's fault. The caster blames the model, the setter blames the casting, and you are the one explaining it to a customer. Under one roof, that conversation does not exist.

Most retailers stay with a manufacturer they complain about because they do not know what switching involves. Here is what it actually involves, start to finish.
- 01Day 1
You send the design
A CAD file, a sketch on paper, a photo of a piece you want reproduced, or the piece itself. Whatever you have is enough to start, and WhatsApp is fine.
- 02Day 1–2
We tell you what it costs and when it lands
A straight answer, including whether the design will actually wear well. If something will bend, loosen or lose detail in production, you hear it before you pay for it.
- 03Day 2–4
You approve the model
We send the CAD model and a close-up render so you can see the piece before any metal is committed. Changes at this stage cost nothing.
- 04In production
It moves through the building, not between vendors
Printing, casting, filing, polishing and setting all happen here, in sequence, with one person accountable for the whole run. Ask where it is and you get a real answer.
- 05Delivery
It arrives ready for the counter
Karat verified, finished and set. Add optional hallmarking (7 days, plus a day at the centre) and it lands ready to sell.

2D Sketching & 3D CAD Modelling
In-house designers take a concept from hand sketch to a structurally engineered CAD model, checked for metal stress points, setting security and weight distribution before it reaches production.

RTV silicone moulds that capture microscopic detail and survive repeated wax injections without degrading, built from metal originals, 3D-printed patterns, or existing jewellery.

Every claim below is something you can check, not something you have to take on trust.
- The karat is what we say it is
- Every single casting is measured on a Fischer XRF analyser, not a sampled batch. Ask for the reading on any piece and we will give it to you.
- Less comes back for rework
- Our Schultheiss systems melt in a sealed chamber, so no oxygen reaches the metal. Cleaner castings mean less filing, less metal loss, and fewer pieces needing a second pass.
- Someone checks it before you do
- A dedicated quality control department applies strict tolerances and a multi-point inspection for surface finish and structural integrity.
- It arrives ready to sell
- Add optional hallmarking and we take the pieces to a BIS-licensed centre ourselves, so independent proof of purity never becomes another vendor for you to chase.
